      A: Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our standard method of shipping is TNT. We have been cooperating with TNT for more 4 years smoothly. TNT is one of the most rewarded companies and their quality and service have been recognized by many organizations.
      By offering shipping directly from Kanmaxx, we are able to offer all of our customers the best possible selection and pricing on our products. However, we recognize that only one option can be less than ideal for some of our external customers.       Q4: How and where do I buy Kanmaxx products?
      A: There are no certified dealers except China now. For personal purchases, we mainly provided you online shopping.
By offering shipping directly from NcStar, we are able to offer all of our customers the best possible selection and pricing on our products. However, we recognize that this option can be less than ideal for some of our Canadian customers, so we have provided them with a second option. We encourage all of our customers to choose the option that they are most comfortable with.

      For our US customers, orders can be tracked, and the typical delivery time is only 2 business days. The disadvantages apply mainly to our Canadian customers. Products shipped via USPS can not be tracked once they cross the border into Canada. Also, there is no shipping insurance offered to protect the customer from items that may be lost during transport. Applicable taxes will be payable to Canada Post at the time of delivery, along with a $6-$8 service charge to collect and submit the taxes on your behalf.

      Q: What are the advantages and disadvantages of having orders shipped from Canada?
      A: The advantages to our Canadian customers are faster shipping times, and shipping protection. Orders shipped via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel) are typically delivered within 5 business days. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders, and $100 Shipping Insurance is included at no additional cost. The shipping costs are also lower through this option. Another advantage is that all products are inspected to ensure that they are in good working order, and all parts are present prior to being shipped. The biggest disadvantage is higher product costs. There is also the possibility that an item may be temporarily out of stock. This is not a significant issue, but it would take slightly longer for the order to be delivered to the customer.

      Q: Why are your product prices higher for orders shipped from Canada?
      A: Unfortunately, in order to offer this shipping option, we must first order these items from NcStar. We must then pay to have them shipped to us, so that they can then be shipped to our customers. This includes not only the direct shipping costs, but also Brokerage Fees as well. It is this additional shipping cost only that has been added to the product prices within this shipping option.
